We do not authorise third parties to represent themselves as our official website, to charge additional service fees, or to impose cancellation terms beyond those stated on our official site. Our business accepts no liability for fees, charges, or representations made by unauthorised booking platforms.

The lower rate must be publicly available and bookable online.
The rate must be for the same room type, number of guests, dates of stay, and booking conditions (e.g. refundable, non-refundable, etc.).
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of booking directly with The Snooty Fox.

The guarantee applies to rates advertised in GBP only.
This guarantee does not apply to:

- Rates on websites that do not disclose the hotel name until the booking is complete (e.g. Hotwire or Priceline).
- Packaged rates that include flights, car hire, etc.
- Corporate, group, or negotiated rates not available to the general public.
